Baby First Step by Mattel
Baby First Step was introduced in 1965. She was a battery-operated doll that walked in a shuffling manner (as of a toddler taking its
first steps). There were a few variations of the doll released over the next few years, including a Talking Baby First Step, and then
a redesign of the doll's entire look in 1968. The original versions were 17" tall, while the 1968 version (with short darker hair)
was 18" tall.
