Peteena by Hasbro
Peteena was a series of dolls in the 1960's produced by Hasbro. The 9" figures were actually anthropomorphic dogs who could be dressed in human clothing. This combination of cuteness for some reason didn't quite catch on, for the Peteena line didn't last very long.
